On Tuesday, May 31, 2005 at 6:30 p.m. Town Board Chairperson Greg Anderson called a Special Town Board Meeting to order. Other members present were Stephanie Johnston, Dan Minks and John Moosbrugger. Steve Heinks was absent attending a Town Summit meeting in the City of Princeton.

The purpose of the Special Meeting was for Jim Herlofsky of Long Siding Saloon to get approval for a Liquor License. He explained that the management that was running the Saloon had walked out and so he would need to get a Liquor License in his name. It was also mentioned that the name of the Bar would be changing to Long Siding Bar & Grill. A motion was made by Dan Minks and seconded by John Moosbrugger to approve the Liquor License. Motion Carried.

A motion was made by John Moosbrugger and seconded by Dan Minks to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 p.m. Motion Carried.
