Board of Supervisors Minutes

On Tuesday, July 18, 2006, Chairperson Greg Anderson called a Special Town Board Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of discussing the 2007 Budget and Levies. Other Supervisors present were John Moosbrugger, Dan Minks and John Roxbury, Jr., Supervisor Stephanie Johnston was absent.
The Clerk presented a draft budget for the Town Board to review and discuss.
The proposed 2007 budget will be presented to the electors for consideration as follows with no changes from last year's budget:

General Fund Receipts -    $191,960
General Fund Disbursements -    $181,840
Special Revenue Fund Receipts -    $6,200
Capital Improvements Fund Receipts -    $ 21,500
Capital Improvements Fund Disbursements -    $21,500
Road & Bridge Receipts    $189,850
Road & Bridge Disbursements    $189,850

The proposed 2007 levies will be presented to the electors for consideration as
follows with no changes from last year's budget:
General Fund Levy    $ 61,500
Fire Protection Levy    $ 45,000
Capital Improvements Levy    $ 21,500
Road & Bridge Levy    $165,450

A motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by John Moosbrugger to approve the proposed 2007 Budget and Levies with no changes from the previous budget. Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by John Moosbrugger to adjourn the meeting at 7:19 p.m. Motion carried.
