On Monday, May 4, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. Planning Commission=
Chairperson
Tom Braun called the Regular Monthly Planning Commission Meeting to order. =
Other
members present were Eric Minks, Larry Ziebarth, Cindy Bodger, Kathy Stoeck=
el and
Town Board liaison John Roxbury, Jr. Carl Sanford was absent.
A motion was made by Larry Ziebarth and seconded by Cindy Bodger to approve the minutes of April 6, 2009 as printed. Motion Carried.<= o:p>
Tom Braun wanted to introduce and welcome the two new
members, Cindy Bodger and Kathy Stoeckel, to the Planning Commission.
The next item up for business was to redo the appointment
for Chair and Vice Chair to ensure all the Planning Commission members would
have a vote. Larry Ziebarth asked why the appointments needed to be redone =
since
they were done at the last Planning Commission meeting. Tom Braun stated th=
at
it had been noted that the whole board should be present to make appointmen=
ts. Eric
Minks motioned to keep Tom Braun as the Chair and Carl Sanford as the Vice
Chair. Larry Ziebarth seconded the motion. Motion Carried.
The next item on the agenda was to discuss the Comprehen=
sive
Plan. Larry Ziebarth presented the completed version of the Comp Plan that =
he
has been working on. He reviewed all of the changes that he previously made=
and
corrected, and also some additions that Todd McLouth had suggested. He stat=
ed
that he is just waiting for some information from Mark Riverblood but will =
try
to get that by the next meeting. Tom Braun stated that the plan is to have =
it
finalized at the next Planning Commission meeting so it can be forwarded on=
to
the Town Board.
The next item up for business was Open Forum. There were=
no
residents who wished to speak.
A motion was made by Larry Ziebarth and seconded by Cindy
Bodger to adjourn the meeting at 8:09 p.m.=
