On Monday, June 1, 2009, at 7:30 p.m. Planning Commissio=
n Chairperson
Tom Braun called the Regular Monthly Planning Commission Meeting to order. =
Other
members present were Eric Minks, Cindy Bodger, Kathy Stoeckel and Town Board
liaison John Roxbury, Jr. Carl Sanford and Larry Ziebarth were absent.
A motion was made by Eric Minks and seconded by Kathy Stoeckel to approve the minutes of May 4, 2009 as printed. Motion Carried.<= o:p>
The next item on the agenda was to discuss the Comprehen=
sive
Plan. Tom Braun reviewed some minor corrections to the Comp Plan that Larry
Ziebarth had made. John Roxbury stated that Mark Riverblood would not be ad=
ding
any additional information to the Comp Plan at this time. He planned to wait
and include the information when the Comp Plan was to be reviewed in a year=
and
a half. A motion was made by Cindy Bodger and seconded by Eric Minks to for=
ward
the draft of the Comp Plan onto the Town Board for their review. Motion
Carried.
The next item up for business was Open Forum. There were=
no
residents who wished to speak.
A motion was made by Eric Minks and seconded by Cindy Bo=
dger
to adjourn the meeting at 7:35 p.m.
