On Tuesday, February 17, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. Town Board = Chairperson Greg Anderson called the regular monthly Town Board meeting to order. Other Supervisors present were John Moosbrugger and John Roxbury, Jr. Supervisors Dan Minks and Stephanie Johns= ton were absent.

A motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by= John Moosbrugger to approve the minutes of the January 20, 2009 regular monthly = meeting as printed. Motion Carried.= p>

Report
A motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by= John Moosbrugger to approve the Financial Report for January 2009 as submitted.<= span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'> Beginning Balance of Township fund= s was $256,670.44; total receipts of $15,334,52; total disbursements of $52,339.78; leaving a balance of $219,665.18. Motion Carried.

The Town Board discussed the issue of “No Parking” signs. Brian Dahlheimer suggested that the signs be installed at the entrance of cul-de-= sacs within the Township. He state= d that it makes it difficult for him to plow snow in the cul-de-sacs when cars are parked along the side of the road. The Town Board agreed and a motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and= seconded by John Moosbrugger to approve the purchase of the signs and have Brian ins= tall them. Motion Carried.
Larry Ziebarth stated that the Planning Commission had discussed the No Parking Ordinance. He stated that there was a statement in the Ordinance in regards to = No Parking during snow removal. =

The Town Board discussed = the suggested amendment to the Ordinance in regards to the 60 day expiration of land split recordings. The Cl= erk was asked to table this discussion until the March Town Board meeting. There were not enough Town Board Supervisors present to meet the voting requirement for the amendments to an ordinance.
Charles Luedke, Section 2=
3, was
present for a review of his Conditional Use Permit for his tool repair
business. The Township has not
received any complaints on this business.&=

A motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by John Moosbrug=

to approve the CUP Review removing the condition requiring annual review. Motion Carried.
A motion was made by John= Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by John Moosbrugger to amend the agenda to include Dale Borchers, property line adjustment. Motion Carried.
Dale Borchers was present= to request the Township adjust his property line giving the ditch to his neigh= bor Kathy Kraft. A motion was mad= e by John Moosbrugger and seconded by John Roxbury, Jr. to approve the adjustment. Motion Carried.= p>

Todd McLouth suggested to the Town Board that they do = some ditch work this summer rather than road work.
