On Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. Town Board Chai= rperson Greg Anderson called the regular monthly Town Board meeting to order. Other Supervisors present were John Roxbury, Jr., and Dan Minks. Supervisors Mark Riverblood and Eugene Stoeckel were absent.
Greg Anderson asked for a motion to amend the agenda t= o add Princeton Lanes & Lounge to approve their liquor license. A motion was made by John Roxbury,= Jr. and seconded by Dan Minks to approve amending the agenda. Motion Carried.

A motion was made by Dan Minks and seconded by John Ro= xbury, Jr. to approve the minutes of the May 19, 2009 regular monthly meeting as printed. Motion Carried.

Report
A motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by= Dan Minks to approve the Financial Report for May 2009 as submitted. Beginning Balance of Township fund= s was $177,208.80; total receipts of $7,923.98; total disbursements of $15,265.47; leaving a balance of $169,867.31. Motion Carried.

A motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by= Dan Minks to table the discussion on splitting the Clerk/Treasurer position into separate positions until next month when a full Board is present. Motion Carried.

Greg Anderson stated that= the discussion of the County Animal Control Ordinance would be tabled until the County decides what they are going to do with it. Greg stated that the County is loo= king at the possibility of eliminating their Animal Control Ordinance or they may keep the contract for Animal Control but then pass the fees onto the Townships. The Board will dis= cuss this topic once the County makes a decision on what they will be doing.
Leroy Koppendrayer was pr= esent on behalf of Bethel Christian Reform Church, Section 21, annual review of their Conditional Use Permit. A mot= ion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by Dan Minks to approve the Conditional Use Permit and deleting condition number 1, yearly reviews. Motion Carried.
A motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by Dan Minks to table the discussion of the Comprehensive Plan until next month when there is a full Board and Supervis= ors have had a chance to read through it. Motion Carried.
A motion was made by John Roxbury, Jr. and seconded by Dan Minks to approve the Liquor License On Sale with Sunday Liquor for Princeton Lanes & Lounge. Motion Carried.

Todd McLouth was not present for the meeting and had no reports.
Open Forum=
Carol Carling was present= on behalf of the Princeton Visionary Committee. She stated that they will be selli= ng stones for seating at the Amphitheatre.&nb= sp; Those interested in purchasing at stone can do so in loving memory of someone. She stated the stone= s will be on display at Bremer Bank.

The Clerk stated that the Summer Short Courses will be= held July 13, 2009 in St. Cloud. S= he stated if any Town Board Members would like to attend to please contact her.
